For years we admired Gold Eagle and his offspring at Shadybrook Farms and finally he came to us in 2005.  Our 2008 crop of Gold Eagle calves is outstanding.  In fact, by far he has sired our best calves - consistent, correct, thick and stylish.  Several will be in the showring this year.  An important feature of Gold Eagle as a sire is his calving ease and the tremendous vigor of his calves at birth.  At Hill Haven Farm, Gold Eagle is our first choice for breeding heifers for a safe and easy birth.
